Please read this page first. Then fill the WWW Form and send it via the internet.

You will get an email for confirmation. Participants should complete registration procedure and payment. All payments must be made in JPY (Japanese Yen). Registration fee can be submitted by one of the two methods basically: Bank Transfer or Credit Cards.

Registration Fee

The organizing committee has postponed the deadline of the early-bird registration to May 31 June 7, 2016. The deadline for submission of abstract is May 20 June 7, 2016.

Note

• Accompanying persons aged three and older need to register.
• Your registration fee depends on the day when your registration is completed on the WWW Form.

Regular and student fees cover all the conference materials including a conference bag with the program, refreshments and the charge of the proceedings. Accompanying person’s fee covers refreshments, but any person registered in the category of "Accompanying" can neither present any paper in the conference nor be included as one of coauthors of any submitted paper to NAO-Asia 2016.

Option Fee

1. Participants who want to join the bus tour for the fireworks at Nagaoka city should register and pay its optional fee on/by May 31. It covers bus transportation fees and a dinner box but we can not refund.
   
   One seating ticket for the Fireworks at Nagaoka on Aug.3 (JPY 3,000)
   
   
2. Participants who want to attend the conference banquet should register and pay its optional fee on/by June 30.
   
   One person ticket for the Banquet Dinner on Aug.4 (JPY 5,000)

 

Refund Policy

Cancellation on the registration fee can be made via e-mail or fax, but must be confirmed with your hand-written signature. We will deduct the cost (JPY10,000) of operation and refund you the fee. No refunds will be issued after June 30, 2016.
